The technology may be great but television durability is worst. The screen either cracks from inside or will go black after a few months of use. To make it even worse, Samsung has adopted an unethical practice of labeling manufacturing defects as accidental damages and escapes warranty repairs. Will never buy any Samsung products.

Hi, this is mohammed. I send a email day before yesterday regarding my RU7400 (which Samsung store Guy told me it is a premium model). Which I got last year. Still on normal Warrenty and your UAE customer care provide me last time 3months additional warranty. Right now in less than a year it’s the 5th time i am having problem with this TV.

1st complaint Dec 2020 : TV stopped working replaced Circuit board
2nd Complaint :March 2020 white dot on screen. There was nothing happend from my side and you guys denied my Warrenty request. And paid AED 1800 for the panel
3rd complaint: replaced panel backlight stopped working after 2-3 days.
4th complaint june2020: TV started freezing. Customer care send technician for inspection. Technician clearly saw the freezing on TV. He tried to capture that on mobile unfortunately didn’t get the video. Customer care refused the Warrenty.
5th TV suddenly showing a internal termal damage. Customer care send technician again yesterday and send report. Today I got call from the customer care stating Samsung rejected the Warrenty. I denied and i want Justice. I have spend almost 2400 + 1800 which is 4300 for a basic Samsung UHD TV. I could have bought 3 TCL or some other brand with this price even if the TV dead I won’t feel this much regret.

I trusted your brand and service that’s the only reason I bought the TV which is almost 40% more price than other low budget brands. Try to respect the customer. Already pandemic hit very badly and this kind of things can’t even tolerate.
