Software apps that are bundled are forced on customers with no options to delete, why? I do not view Shahid etc hence no point in having these apps!
Tizen ecosystem is ok however apps are extremely  limited.
Why has VLC not been provided on Tizen for download? It's been years since this request and demand has been floating on the web!
Have been receiving messages " audio  format not supported" on a number movies when trying to play via USB?
The auto brightness feature is bothersome and so evident while watching movies, why hasn't  this been addressed as yet?
Not a single update since TV purchase? So many issues to address and no updates. As I've been informed Samsung provides updates for a maximum of 2 years on TV then no more, is this true?

Hello Sir,

Unfortunately, default apps cannot be uninstalled. With regard to VLC, customer needs to check with their developer on when they will develop their software in Tizen OS.

Please check in the user manual the audio codec and video formats supported by the TV.
Can you explain more about the brightness issue? have you tried to check the brightness, contrast, and hue settings.
and For updates, please call the call center on 800 7267864 to check the availability against the model code of your TV.

Thank you :smiling-face:

Totally agree with you @Nors09, I'm also disappointed by the store of Tizen OS.

No VLC, MX Player or Kodi (only Plex that's **bleep** for managing the pic of the movies if you don't have a proper name for the file).

That's why I bought an android TV box (Xiaomi Mibox) that I'm using instead of the limited Samsung's OS.

Yes i recently purchased a 75 inch 4k Samsung so called smart tv , Tizen  OS not impressed.

Play most of my downloads thru my laptop with VLC , got sick of converting files to MP4 or changing audio codec .
