why people are Not able to participate in holiday quest?

1)Make sure you haven't disabled the My Galaxy App.

2) If not Disabled, try updating it.

3) Holiday Quest is only for Samsung Member User.

4)This contest is only on Mobile App.

5) You will not be able to play on web(people are searching for onmo play on web).
