You are correct. True Incidencs has happened that phone owner met with accident and died. Police could not find out his identity and neither could inform any one as his phone was locked with password. After keeping the watch on phone for 12 hours someone gave ring on his phone and identity was established and message was conveyed. Two option should be used for own or other person cell number for help in the similar situation.
