regarding exchanging of the device

Can I able to exchange my device(a31) to m31s? Although everything is perfectly fine except camera features. Do I need to pay extra money for the exchange?

For exchanging your old device you have to pay some Amount.you can check it on Samsung shop App .I suggest If you exchanging your A31 and buying A51 or A71 than you definitely exchange. But it is no needed you to exchange A31 to M31s

that doesn't matter. Just head over to the Samsung website, or to Amazon, and click on exchange offer. You will have to pay some amount. I don't think you'll benefit from selling it in OLX, as the price on Amazon is probably lower that you would want. So the best thing you can do is to go there and click on exchange offer. they will give you further instructions
