take backup in smartswitch sd card and PC. Install Smart switch in PC also. Do hard reset. Power off phone and then press power and Volume up button simultaneously. A window will appear. Use volume down button to select wipe data and factory reset. Then select 1st option that is power on. Restore the backup from smartswitch then you are good to go.
