I have s10 plus 1tb version but even i didn't get updates why?

I'm using Galaxy note and  also Galaxy fold why in the middle East we don't have UI2 software update. And the Galaxy app store the apps what we have in the Middle East is not the same as in USA and Europe. I want to know why, this is very bad Marketing. look at iPhone all the updates and anything else  apple  Provide for all of the regions. Samsung be very careful you will lose lots of customers in the middle East, If Samsung Electronics they don't do anything about it.
