did you check you have turned on any kind of effect like live focus and blur level

no live focus activated. everything is just fine.. the whole picture is not blurry. only the edges are.

You should have posted a picture to show it.
i suggest to install a 3rd party camera app to check if its software problem. and if it doesn't work then hard reset it to check if the problem is solved before taking it to samsung service center.
