Kindly follow the below mentioned step to improve the performance of the device:

1. Check device volume settings: Settings.> Sound & vibration.> Volume. Drag the volume adjustment bar left or right to increase or decrease the device volume.
2. Check mute all sound option: Settings.> Accessibility.> Hearing enhancements.> Disable Mute all sounds (if enabled).

I have checked above all points. but still sound is very slow in my phone. I am using galaxy s10+ , bought in the year 2019. I restarted the phone but still it didn't help. any media in WhatsApp or YouTube video or Facebook video, everywhere slow sound, even if volume is set to high.
please help
