I'm using Samsung galaxy a30 my whatsaap popup notification not showing on the screen please tell me what the problem

I think you are already using the high priority notification method (WhatsApp>Settings>Notifications>Use high priority notification.) and really want the real pop-up method itself (instead of that) . Then goto,
> Settings
> Advanced features
> Smart pop-up view.
Now turn on smart pop-up for WhatsApp and other preferred apps and feel the comfort while arriving notifications.

I think you can replicate the issue always.

Please replicate once more and send the logs please through Error Report in your Members app.

It may take some time but at least our engineers will check the logs and hope they can determine the cause of the problem.
