A 50 mic not working i connected head phone that also not working .

Media sound also not coming

Main sound is working

I reset device completely but same issue ...if mic issue why headphone mic is not working and why there is no media sound...that's my doubt..

Samsung A50 has frequent sound problem
1. YouTube video auto fast forward without sound
2. No sounds through speaker and jac
3. Annoying Samsung A50 and Sameund models, heard Same problem for A series, series
4. I DID factory reset and also reinstall the software from the scratch. Audio sound irritating.
