Did you ever make a backup. If you have created a backup, then just go to your apps and whats app. Then clear cache and clear data. But remember if u have created a backup the only everything can be recovered. After this re-login whatsapp. Thing will work as there were. It will ask u that we found backup would u.like to download it. Just say yes. Then you are done everything will be restored
