Want software update of Android 11

i am  using J7 prime and i want compatiblity of the S secure folder and all those application which support Android 10 and higher Or provide Me android 11 update ASAP

First of all J7 Prime supports S Secure and Secure Folder both.

Secondly as J7 Prime has already completed its 2 major OS updates ( android 7 & 8 ) it won't even get android 9 pie.

Samsung provides 2 major OS updates to their midrange devices according to their update policy.


And how can you ask for android 10 or 11 in a device which didn't even get android 9 update ????!!!!!!!

Samsung will give two major updates to their midrange diveces is just a business policy. But,technicaly to see J7 prime can easily get the Pie update. Now,the fact is that still Samsung doesn't provide this update and we are looking for that and finally,we are waiting to hear from Samsung,J7 Prime is no more,it will never get any kind of updates. So,it's dead! That’s all.
