Type c headphone mic issue A50

I am using samsung A50(6/128) from 2019 to now 

i had never experienced a type c headphone but this month i have bought a Oneplus bullet type c heaphone , the headphone is okay with other phones but when i connect it with my A50 its working only for hearing. when someone call me its mic doesn't working. the problem is only happening with A50 not other phones. Is there any solution for that issue?

Same with m31s calls are not being supported in c type earphones
