Yes, you read it right. This forum is nothing but a piece of junk. You know why?

1. No effing moderation: amount of advertisement has increased considerably. And where are the mods anyways? They can held an effing event, but can't moderate the forums. Well, if they say they use AI, well their AI is incompetent, Oh, that is why Bixby is so useless? I guess!

2. Copy Paste Content:  Yes, this has increased considerably. People are exploiting the ranking policy by just copy pasting content here. If you are sharing something, mention the link, write in your own words, be it Hindi, English etc ( well, this may increase our time a bit to understand the language because translators you know, but does it even matter? ). And dude, it's ain't your effing TikTok, where you need more followers to get attention. Its a community where you help each other with their problems. Want to share a news, which is hell important, just share the link, no need to copy paste. And when commented on why copy paste, comments like "they don't have the time to open a website to read the entire content" keeps flowing in. And I am like, so they will open up your specific post to read everything. This way you are just snatching away the money these websites earn in an instant. 

3. Coming down to the app itself, pathetically slow. Like why there is always a Server Refresh issue? AFAIK, my internet is fine.

4. People are asking for the updates, but no answers to their queries. Why? Didn't they pay for the smartphones? Being one of the largest companies,  you cannot even think of replying to them officially. Same goes for other kind of device-related issues. 

5. Comments. OM effing God! no tagging system. Like this makes hell confusing like who is talking with whom? Tagging (using @<username>) makes it easier to talk in the comments section, but no we will not give you important features.

6. There are proper categories in the forums to post content. For example, Galaxy Gallery., but people do post them in the main forums. I understand and know that its not their fault, but of Samsung itself. You never help people know that when to post where. And this is the case with the majority of the newcomers. They don't know (most of the time)  where to post. So the main forum keeps on flooding with images or any other random stuffs. 

7. Did I even talk about their events? I  have no issues with who is winning or how. Major issue is the focus. Yes, as I have mentioned in the first point, they focus their majority of the time in events but not in helping others.

8. Update Release notices are way too absurd to be honest. Like you just post this device got this at this time of the month and that is it. And then no one even cares to update the device list at all. For example, due to a certain bug, Samsung stopped rolling out Android 10 update for A50. However, they have updated the list with update releasing in May 2020. Just mention there why you do so, because half of the A50 users complaining because of this half-a** rolllout of the update. Half of the people got it, now posting their problems, but when the other half see it, they ask around why we didn't we got this update as of now. And when they check the list they see update rolling out in the month of May. Just Wow! 

9. The feedback are as usual, useless. Send a feedback or bug issue, only one or most of the time two types of reply are seen. Either "We have noted down your feedback. We will contact you later on. Please keep on checking updates from Settings>System Updates >Download and Install" or a same old copy paste answer like "Kindly visit a service center for thorough checking" for a software bug! I was like are you even serious? And they ask you to reset your device as an ultimate measure. Dude, we already reset the device and still the device and the issue persists, but you never get the log file I guess, but no, we will ask the user to reset the device instead of forwarding the issue to the dev team. 

In fact, forums from Apple, Reddit, Microsoft, Google etc, are way ahead of this. Atleast, official members jump into the forums to help people.

Kunal Bhai jub se smart AI integrate hua ha community me tab se spam and junk kaam hua ha ye to manana padega. Samsung team is working on it but I feel unko thoda or speedup hona pdaga to control it Because mere khud 5,6 community friends Jo Samsung enthusiast the vo community and Samsung leave Kar chuke ha.😔😔

To make this more interesting we need add articles which you have read. Next is Samsung should participate regularly and communicate with members. problem solving will satisfy many people here.
