Can someone do something about this guy named "Anonymous 56". He is copying the work of others and when asked not to do that,he is spamming and threatening people. Friends,what can we do?

Bro DIYwithkrish had posted some beautiful art works. This anonymous dude took screenshot and posted it as his own work. So Krish reported anonymous guy. As a revenge the anonymous guy created some issues in Krish's private website which he used to showcase his art works.
