Hello syamvirgo, sorry to say but if the buds are not within the Bluetooth range, then it cannot be located. However, if it is there, just open Galaxy wearable app in the phone then tap "Find my Earbuds". If it is within the vicinity, it will show that the earbud is connected if it is in the case and the case is open. If the buds are not in the case, then it will produce a chirping ascending volume sound.

I had a Samsung Galaxy a8 I have purchased from Dubai imea lost and did not recognize my sim card it seems imea blocked my Samsung company for none reason

Hello Samsung,
I'm a loyal samsung user for last 10 years and I have used models such as s2, s3, s4? s7 edge and s10note plus.
I find note 10 plus to be a pretty competitive phone compared to peers such as apple and One plus
However, I feel Samsung is losing its edge in terms of after sales customer service. I dont get it why Samsung doesn't roll out updates the way one plus does it or apple does it.. I feel Samsung should step up its game. Right now I feel Samsung its losing its edge I'm Indian market just because they dont provide faster updates. Customers don't feel valued when you dont give them after sales service.
Imagine a Samsung executive buying a car what if the company doesn't provide after sales service of provide its after 10 months. I.e. it reflects poor care for customers. I love samsung and want Samsung do well. Samsung must roll out the android 10 asap and also ensure the are at part with one plus or Google devices to stay on top of their game.
