servey is not available! I am not satisfied with Samsung uae. After sale support is not professional and bad service I hope to see original Samsung here in uae rather than depending on 3rd party companies. 👎

Hello,  unfortunately samsung care + is not yet available in Qatar. We will announce once it is ready. Beta testing for new OS is not available in Gulf region too.

i am having a problem...after last update my insta isn't working. i found out after many research that the problem is on android web view app ...i should be able to uninstall the last update....but i can't find a way to do it...so i have to be installing and uninstall and installing many times the insta....so guys get thi problem on Android web view fixed..as fast u can ..please

dear Samsung team.. its very disappointing to all galaxy users.. after updated November 1 security patch.. then fingerprint going totally .once I go to added my fingerprint then my device cant detected my fingerprint... hope Samsung will be fixing the issues ASAP..tq..
