I had a problem with my Smart LED TV. from your customer care service no i called a technician. he told me about a failure of mother board. he take my TV to service center and install after 7 days and charged 10266/-. But now whatever the functions we are getting for Smart TV all are missing from the TV. wifi services and all online sites we are not able to start because of change of original motherboard. he might be replace the original smart tv motherboard with the plain tv motherboard. This is a example of hopeless service of samsung
