Can you share the procedure you had to, to claim your prize ?

You have to follow the steps mentioned in the mail Mate. There should be something like consent form or something. If there is fill it, sign it and revert them.

They just told me reply with "Yes" before 30th which i did but haven't got a reply from them , usually these replies take time ?

Yes sometimes it takes time to get reply.
