Samsung Galaxy A50 Front Camera issue

With your due respect,I draw your attention is urgent basis, today I just updated Samsung one ui 2 version (ANDROID 10).

But there had some bug found when I open a front camera, after update my device front camera quality automatically downgraded, as of now front camera 16 megapixel  shows after this update, we are all a happy Samsung family, but this type of incident it's not so happy. 

Hence this update *One ui 2, it's not fell happy this time. We are really disappointed for this update, 

After all " VALUE OF MONEY"

I told you please flash firmware but you didn't listen to me....we all s9, note9,s10 users flashed it only when update came long before which is officially approved process

parle Samsung care e giye flash koriye nao firmware...kono problem thakbe na boss....noile apatoto factory reset koro ekbar...ete software glitches kichuta kete jay ....factory reset your device first from backup and reset section then when phone will reboot then immediately switch off it then bring factory mood of your device..do factory reset once from there also
