Samsung A31 Hanging issue & Android 11 update issue

I brought a brand new Samsung Galaxy A31 6 days ago and got the Android 11 update. After the update the camera was malfunctioning, but after a reset camera was okay.
Later the phone lock screen fingerprint animation and Edge lighting style were not working properly. 
Yesterday I was using Amazon prime and suddenly the phone started to hang & switched off and then turned on automatically. What is the problem with my phone? 

Please let me know what can be done.

hi Guys. i have solution for this.. Clear chache partition. plug your phone with your charger wire with other phone or with laptop when charging display on screen press power + volume up botton for few second... when samsung logo display leave bottons.... your phone will open in recovery mode.. now clear chache partition it will clear chache data from your phone and this issue as well as other lag issue will get resolved. Then you can come out from recovery mode by clicking on logout option.
