Does any one facing the slow charging of your note 10 plus mobile...it's take around 2hrs for 0% to 100%...
Really samsung is bad... for 80000rs mobile its giving the updates with problems... for buying this mobile we can go with other brands like Apple and other brand premium mobiles...
seriously, I own a note 10 lite and after the update my phone is charging very slowly, maybe there is a bug in the update to limit charging at 15W instead of 25W, irresponsible of samsung, if this problem does get fixed soon, would have to search for a new brand
Please be assured and to resolve this issue we would like to inform you that kindly switch off Handset for 5 minutes to cool down and recheck if its working fine.
And Samsung customer’s safety is on top priority that is why this concept is introduced with logic that whenever handset temp. or ambient air temp. goes up to certain set limit, then device automatically restrict fast charging or even some time stops charging. But post device temperature reaches to normal after cooling down the set, then automatically set starts charging normally (This is implemented in all Smartphone models from year 2019 )

does the issue is resolved?. i purchased new note 10 plus. when i charged from 0% to 100% it takes lot more time. but if i charge it from 40% to above. it charges very fast
