Personally from my view all must strive hard against the injustice done to samsung a7[2017] because all devices of the same model are running on android 9 in south korea but no other devices of the same model haven't received an android update after the oreo update and the most important thing is that the device is certificated for android 9 update since 2019 but haven't received the update.Actually the device is eligible for the update anyway because as all know considerably it was one of the expensive android on its release.All a7 users are waiting since 2 years please help them all with our Samsung community for their better experience.Its actually a partiality done to south korea.So all must work hard for update of the specific model,to make all samsung a7[2017]users equal and provide equal justice for all of them
As per the Specs, Galaxy A7 (2017) came with Android Marshmallow (6.0) and after that it makes it only eligible to get Android 7.0 and 8.0 update only. So no 9.0 (Pie) update for Galaxy A7.
