Hey all there! I've been receiving DMs from community members requesting me to help resolve their tech problems of Galaxy phonesets. I appreciate your kind feelings. I do sympathise with you. But, pls don't send me Dms. Post your problems directly in community forum only, so that each member gets a chance to understand your problems to help resolve it. This shall help all Community members. Hope, members take a serious note of it.
Also, pls spare some time to read my 7 post-series 'RESOLUTION OF AUTORESTARTING FREEZING HANGING" & other tech-posts earlier posted by me in community forum. This shall help save your & my precious time. Thanx🙂🧚♂️!

It would be disrespecting the privacy of others if I gave you screenshots of those sending Dms. I wouldn't give you screenshots just to prove a point which may breach other's privacy. Why don't you ask a question to Samsung to know whether your opinion is true or false😀!
