But, pls don't send me Dms. Post your problems directly in community forum only, so that each member gets a chance to understand your problems to help resolve it. It would be disrespecting the privacy of others if I gave you screenshots of those sending Dms. I wouldn't give you screenshots just to prove a point which may breach other's privacy. Why don't you ask a question to Samsung to know whether your opinion is true or false😀!
