I can't record zoom apps on my mobile. If you record, the sound is not coming. When using third party applications the screen is being recorded but the sound is turned off as soon as the zoom application is turned on. Can someone help me in this situation? How can I record the full video and sound as a host of my zoom apps? My mobile is Samsung Galaxy M21

The record option in zoom will record the audio as well
Check, if the microphone is not muted !
Set audio to call over internet !!

Go to meeting setting and select audio to cellular data or call over internet


Long press the zoom app icon and select the i button and select permission and check microphone permission is on or not !!

Ok do one thing....

Use a third party video recorder from playstore !!
Download it...

When you are about to startte meeting... first start the recording then start the meeting...

If you turn on the recorder after starting the meet then it won't record the audio.... so first start the scrren recording then start the meeting !!

I did it many time, tried many third party app like xrecoder, mobizen, az record, v record, screen record bt it still not working. I think i have need built in screen recorder, bt Samsung not provide in. It’s a big problem for me. 😭😭😭
