PSO voucher not yet received on purchaes of A17

I am still waiting of my PSO voucher of Rs 5000 which was commited on purchased of A17 on dated 25.04.2026. 

Can anyone support where i can file my complain for prompt responce from samsung end or should wait for it more days ?
