My M20 is lagging

My screen some time gets freeze. Not working properly.

Try to do clear data and cache of the app ,in which it crashes

if it happens with all app try to do hard reset.

or you can try wipe clear data or cache data by going in recovery mode

recovery mode- switch off your device, and now press volume +&- and power button to go in recovery mode
