The application shown in your screenshot, com.sec.epdg or EpdgService, is a built in Samsung system service. It is part of the network and connectivity framework and is used to support Wi Fi Calling and VoLTE services. This service allows your phone to route voice and data traffic securely over Wi Fi when mobile network coverage is weak.

This application runs in the background and does not have a user interface. It is installed by default as part of the Samsung system software and should not be disabled or removed, as doing so may affect call quality, Wi Fi calling, or mobile network connectivity.

If you see it listed in system apps or in battery usage, this is normal behavior.
