Hello,

I have noticed that since last 2-3 days, Samsung Members app and also website performance has gone down.
It is very slow to open posts, post comments, open replies. Also posting images , screenshots is taking very long time compared to earlier. It has become very slow, frustrating experience to post.

Request admin , moderators to check this and try to fix. 

Has anyone else also experienced this ?

Make sure your Member app version is latest or wait for next updates . it is a bag which will be fixed by Developer as soon as possible.

this issue is not due to this app.

this lag occur when your device has a pending software update.

So, After you install that software update, this Samsung members app will become normal.

I had experienced this already.
