I don't think so. It will be harmful for your phone's battery if it does charge. So better to charge it with 25w.

For battery health use recommended charger, otherwise if you use charger other than provided charger may work if supports (if your mobile does not support specific charger, you will receive message " Does not support charger") But this may cause battery health issues.
