Guide to understand meaning of icons & level of Samsung members

Hi, I am new to Samsung members. I want to know how the grading system works like beginner or active and that too at different levels. Also, some icons like a blue star appears beside username. What does it mean? I have a small blue star as superscript on the right side of my username, what is that?
