I made a pre booking on the same day it was launched due to attractive benefits voucher, i was told that I'll get delivery on 15th September but it was delayed for 15 days.. When i got my phone i was so anxious to use my benefits voucher, i followed the steps but couldn't find my voucher.. Contacted Samsung they said they'll fix the issue in 24hours, it's been more than 10 days now but issue is still there, now they're saying we're out of stock.. Samsung I'm very disappointed with you guys.
