Galaxy A50 Android 10 or UI 2.0

Hi All,

As we know recently we had recieved the OS update for A50,but say one thing how many of you are feeling good or are happy with this update.

In my personal I'm feeling Bad.I want to ask the developer that, why he is downgrading each and every thing. I'm praying,  please don't change anything if u can't upgrade.

Problems in my case with this update-

1)worst camera quality(as compared from march-june 2019 image quality )

2)can't able to click photo with gcam

3)camera watermark quality Downgraded.

4)previous watermark style was good.

5)front camera changed to 16 MP

6)problem in fingerprint registration.

7)fingerprint animations is not so good.

8)App suggestion are reduced to 4 from 5.

9)battery is draining very fastly

10)camera freezes, when a photo is clicked in wide mode and actually images not get saved.

11)Not able to capture zoom image ,in 25 MP.

Good things with this update-

1)screen recorder

2)focus mode

3)Screen animations

4)app launching are fast

5)sound editing option in slow motion video.

no problem no rooting.

Below given steps will improve the picture quality:-
1) Poor Camera Image Quality:- Check physical condition of your camera lens.
2) Please check there is no laminated or tempered glass pasted on camera.
3) Camera > Settings > Reset settings> Reset.

For freesing issue follow the below steps:-
1. Check space availability: Path: Settings > Device Care > Storage,
2. Check app cache,Settings > Device care>>Storage > CLEAN NOW.
3. Close background apps.

After following the above steps, If issue still persist please do send the log file, so that we can provide you the better assistance.(Note:-You are requested to send it within 15 minutes of problem occur).

Good night my friends i am from Guatemala , I get here trying to find a working GCam for my recently updated (Android 10) Samsung A50 exinos version, because  the GCam version i had with the Android pie version is not working (arnovas 6.1.21) I've tried every port that I could find ( like 10 ports I think) about the problems you describe I have this 2 problems:

The battery drains fast

The phone gets hot with no reason

Hope that the developers can add a GCam port for the A50 Android 10 version .
