Fingerprint problem in Galaxy A50

Hey guys, 
After December security update fingerprint doesn't work in My Galaxy A50 .then I removed fingerprint data from this mobile and try to register FP again but I can't register. Many more time I restart and try for Registration but finally it's not work.
What can I do?how can I solve this problem?
Can any one suggest me?

Try to register your fingerprint after removing screen protector applied,if any.

This is a known issue , You need to reset your device after upgrade .. than try to set fingerprint security

it will not work even after factory reset... I'm using a50.... it might be solved in next software update

Hi there,


Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
1- If any screen guard/tampered glass/protection film is available then first disable the fingerprint settings and then remove the screen guard.
2- Once screen guard is removed now register the fingerprint again and check the issue.
3- If problem does not get resolved, run the device in Safe mode and reconfigure the fingerprint.

If still issue persists, kindly visit nearest service center for physical inspection of your device. Service center personnel will provide you the further resolution.
