Can anyone tell me how to change csc to india, i bought a phone from uae nw m in india and i want to use native call recording option.

No, you haven't. Just flash India INU G991B firmware and you will get the csc based on your country sim card.

If flash doesn't work, remove sim card, restart device and there will be a notification service provider changed.

Or factory reset your device with India sim card, INU csc will be applied itself.
