I have been using my galaxy f62 for over a month now and the performance is rubbish all the benchmark claim are false by the company i have visited the service centre regarding this but they did not provide any solution so i have filed a complaint in consumer court against samsung today i am calling up all the users of f62 to push this case forward so that samsung can stop doing these scams and start providing genuine product.

Beta research teri kam hai.... baki phone me aaye hai iqoo ke pure scores ... yeh sirf ek website ka dikha raha hai tu.... aur aisa nhi hai ki milenge hi nhi teko SD me... dusare phone me dekh mil jayega
..l3kin f62 ke ek bhi phone me nhi mila satisfied scores

735k nd 725k is almost same...that's exactly what I am saying... it's not official 735k hao aur reality me teko 435k mil raha hai.... but f62 me half scores mil rhe hai Geekbench ke bhi

Chaman wahi bata raha hu ...lab test me new phone hota hai with zero storage..good wifi speed.. optimal temperature..no background apps running... that's it......usme kuch alag nhi karte... **bleep** thik se padh mai bola rocket science nhi hai

Aur Samsung ne likha hai clearly that it's tested in 25000 mobile so its not processor score ,it's phone f62 that gave them that much score.

Yes man you have the rights to go to consumer court but on what grounds will you take the case ?

See you'll ask about the benchmarks. They can easily say that " those tests are not real world tests rather are done in the labs "

You'll ask you're suffering from stutters and lags ... they'll easily tell you to wait until they fix it in the next update.

You'll tell them about overheating, they'll reply to either change charges or not use the phone while charging or some other excuses.

My point is you should go to the consumer court but take the case on valid grounds which you can use against samsung like if there's a manufacturing defect or some internal problem ... thats my point 👉

I'm facing the similar issue. Lag in gaming, heats up in normal uses and fast battery drainage too.
