Community GuidelinesSee you'll ask about the benchmarks. They can easily say that " those tests are not real world tests rather are done in the labs "
You'll ask you're suffering from stutters and lags ... they'll easily tell you to wait until they fix it in the next update.
You'll tell them about overheating, they'll reply to either change charges or not use the phone while charging or some other excuses.
My point is you should go to the consumer court but take the case on valid grounds which you can use against samsung like if there's a manufacturing defect or some internal problem ... thats my point 👉
