Community Guide For New Members

Welcome to Samsung Members Community.

You may also be excited about the level system and new products but, that is not an excuse to spam up the forums with redundant and useless posts unless you want to express love, gratitude , wishes etc which are feel good and liked by many of us.

Follow these simple unwritten guidelines to have a smooth ride in the community :

(1) Before creating a new Post, ALWAYS click the search button (next to "Profile") and see if there are any similar Posts.

(2) If you find a similar Post, Make your comments in that Post. DO NOT create a new Post on the same.

(3) Never start a Post asking when your phone is getting the next software Update or an software patch to enable something (like VoLTE). Instead Ask a Question or Send a Feedback or you just follow news or search about that(Prefer Genuine Sources)

(4) Don't be creep.y towards our female forum members. That will get you ignored, warned, or outright banned. No one likes a creeper.

(5) If you want to tag/reply someone one use the @ sign in a Post or Comment.

(6) DO NOT PM (private message) people unless you have a good reason to do so. It's just rude.

(7) Get an Profile Picture. You can use almost any jpeg or Gif or png, but don't be that guy who uses a inappropriate photo  in the hopes of getting more  followers.

(8) If you like a post, click the like button at the bottom right of the post. It doesn't do much, but it's the friendly thing to do. It also shows your appreciation for something that you feel adds value to the discussion.

(9) If you want to respond to a post click the "Comment". It's at the bottom right of the post.You can also Share it in different social media handles.

(10) Never post your personal info/email address or other person information in a thread. It's okay to message that info until it's not disturbing them.

(11) Since a lot of people ask, you can find out more about the levels system as you use this community more. My opinion , it doesn't mean anything. It's just for fun.
