Because we don't have that no of consumers in here. India there are (123+ crore) and no services in here but better infrastructure in India with Samsung centres. So they collab with us with no facilities at all. No, live samsung support, no samsung online service centres.
Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka all four countries constitute a single region in the Samsung app. This is obviously done for cost reduction. I'm from Bangladesh and most people don't even use this app, so it make sense why samsung doesn't care about keeping a separate team for Bangladesh.
