A Clear proof that Samsung Support is controlled by bot.

I already knew it, but was waitng for such thing.

First of all, 

•I always get a reply that the executives are busy.

•A person comes after hours. A couple of dats ago, I connected to them, but no one came to help on the other side.

•Yesterday I asked about a30s android 11 update, and they told you will only receive it in the month of August!!

PS: I haven't asked any questions, it started to ask Please elaborate your issue, Is there anything else that I could help?

Me too..there is no option to chat with human assistant and i have to type it manually.
