Super slow-mo stretches an excessively fast video moment of 0.5 seconds by slowing it down to 1/32th of a second.
You will find a ‘Record when motion detected’ On/Off button on the top right on entering the ‘Super slow-mo’ mode. With the option on, the camera converts half a second of the detected motion segment into a slow-mo video.
In case the option is off, half a second of the video turns into Super slow-mo right after the shutter goes down.
The Galaxy S23 enhanced the previous HD (1280x720) resolution to FHD (1920x1080), upgraded the shutter speed to 1/240 second, and upped its video brightness and noise removal game significantly. It also applies a high-quality video interpolation technique to interpolate a 1/8x input video four-fold to produce a 1/32x video.
