Hope you have enjoyed the Break the Rules event. I had a great time watching the new standards set for the smartphone industry. The event was beyond my imagination and the devices unveiled were fascinating. For sure it was a symphony of pure craftsmanship and ultra-modern technology and the results are astonishing.
More than that, the companies environmentally friendly approach made me rethink about both the plastic and e-waste my family and I generate every year. So I decided to follow the 5R principle, Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Repurpose and Recycle. Samsung also announced during the event that they have removed 50 tons of plastic waste especially fishing nets from the ocean that was not only creating water pollution but also a threat to bio diversity. They have resued those materials to make the plastic parts of the new devices, that's pretty good, right?
