Can you please help me with my samsung gear sports, i did a back up in my note 7fe and disconnect it and tried to pair it on ios device however reactivation lock shows and i tried to connect it again in my fe unfortunately i can't its saying "reactivation lock is on" and the watch can be pair only at the same samsung account, but i only pair it in one device my note fe so how come? Please please help me with this issue.
turn off your gear and then press and hold the power key until Rebooting appears at the bottom of the watch. Quickly, doing multiple presses, keep pressing the Power/Home button until the Select REBOOT MODE screen appears.
then select download mode
and then on your device continue the pairing process
