I don't know the model of phone you're using but if you can patiently go through your bixby settings to programme and make sure it is well set up because it's an AI who learns your patterns of how you use your device to better serve you well

Go to your bixby settings set up your quick command menus to suit your needs and also check all the boxes of the settings s the AI can adapt to your needs

To enter bixby settings say 'hi bixby' is then 'bixby settings' and to get you started
