Bixbydid you recently faced that issue or from the first time you used the device , plus did you make sure that your software is up to date as we also recommend you to refer settings for camera application by going to apps > camera > reset settings

بالنسبه لاستفسارك نرجو منك التأكد من مزود الخدمه الخاص بك حيث انه من الممكن ان تكون المشكله من نفس مزود الخدمه الخاص بك وان تكون مشكله تغطيه
