Where is Bixby Routines?

I am trying to activate my modes and routines thing via quick panel or settings but it keeps saying to turn on bixby routines from the quick panel to use the widget. This happend before too but I don't know how the issue solved itself.

Yeah I did that too still said to turn on bixby routine to turn on the widget. It's fixed now though all I had to do was restart my phone lol.
