Whats the point of using Bixby?

Whats the point of using bixby if it asks to unlock phone manually everytime you say something to bixby?

For ex- 

I say "Hey, Bixby turn on the mobile Hotspot". 

Then this bixby will respond saying first you need to unlock your device. 

Is there anything we can do to bypass this security issue? Or if I'm missing some settings?

Only network related settings require you to unlock the phone.
Apart from that bixby works fine be it making call, calculate, weather, camera etc.

We can use bixby to switch on/ flash , take a photo/selfie,and to call any one while on the lock screen ..but for the indepth settings like turning off the hotspot or mobile data we need to unlock our device 😀
