Samsung S10 September update Bixby and Galaxy App store lost

2 days back I updated a security patch and then my Bixby voice app along with galaxy store app are missing. 

From where how do i get the apps installed?

Bro..try normal phone reset settings(inside general management)
or
also search in the finder settings, if these apps are showing somewhere or not?
or
last option
go for factory reset
