Earlier Bixby used to app my apps on my voice command, don't know what's wrong with it now a days. Apps don't turn on even after trying harder.

1) Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset app preferences.
2) Please run your device in safe mode.
3) If still facing issue then provide logs/video by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).
