I can't access bixby it says my device is not supported by

If it's not supported, then you can't access it. You are not missing out. Google assistant is better than Bixby

Why? On the internet, it says all sumsung phones should have bixby after the S8 ... so why stop at A32? How does it not support bixby features created by its own company?? I'm disappointed
